BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL 12 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. If your booking is last minute, please contact us directly to Celebratetogethernb@gmail.com If we are already fully booked for the date you are wishing to book, we will CANCEL your booking and REFUND the total of your order.
• Payment is required in full to secure your booking..
• Set-up requires 45 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the complexity of the installation. Please ensure we have access to the venue at the agreed time.
• The set-up area must be clear and ready for decoration before our arrival. We do not move furniture or existing decor. If the space is not ready, additional charges may apply, or the installation may be delayed/canceled without refund.
• Once installed, decorations must not be moved by the client, venue personnel, or any third party. Any relocation or adjustments by unauthorized persons will void any liability on our part.
• Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. We are not responsible for any damage caused by wind, rain, or extreme temperatures after installation. Clients should have an alternative indoor plan if necessary.
RENTALS & ADD-ONS
• Packages that include rentals require signing a Credit Card Authorization Form to cover any damages or losses. This form will be sent via email after booking confirmation. If not signed within 3 days, the booking will be canceled.
• Add-ons are available upon request, and additional charges apply. Please contact us to customize your package.
BALLOONS & TEAR-DOWN
• Balloons are SOLD to the client and must be taken down, popped, and disposed of responsibly by the client.
• We will only return to pick up rentals. If you require tear-down services, this must be arranged at the time of booking and will incur an additional charge.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
• Pick-up of rental items included in the package will take place on the next business day after the event (Monday or Tuesday) before 9:00 PM.
• If same-day pick-up is required immediately after the event, please contact us to arrange this service. Additional charges may apply.
• Deliveries are available within the Saint John area. Locations outside this perimeter will be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
DESIGN VARIATIONS
• Agreed-upon colors are for reference only. Variations may occur due to material availability, lighting, and environmental factors. Our designers will make every effort to match the agreed colors as closely as possible.
• Images and specific designs are for reference only. Each decoration is customized to create a unique and unforgettable experience.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS
• Cancellations can be made at any time; however, no refunds will be issued. Instead, a credit voucher equal to 100% of the amount paid will be provided, valid for 6 months for one future event.
• In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, government restrictions), we will work with the client to reschedule within the next 6 months, subject to availability.
• Changes requested without prior notice may result in additional charges or, in some cases, event cancellation by Celebrate Together NB.
LIABILITY & DAMAGES
• We take every precaution to ensure safe installation; however, we are not liable for any damage or injuries caused after installation is completed.
• Some balloons may pop or deflate due to temperature changes, sharp objects, or handling. We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors once the setup is finished.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that children and pets do not tamper with the decorations.
