We are based in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our services extend to nearby areas such as Rothesay, Quispamsis, and Grand Bay, typically within a 45-minute radius. Please note that delivery fees may vary. We are also open to exploring opportunities in other cities.

DO YOU OFFER DECOR PROP RENTALS?

Our decor props and furniture are included as part of our design and setup packages and are not available for separate rental. These items are exclusively assigned to the events we style and decorate.

ARE YOUR BALLOONS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Yes! Our balloons are made from 100% natural latex, making them biodegradable and environmentally friendly. It’s important to note that latex balloons are not plastic. Additionally, we do not use helium for our balloon creations. Instead, we craft our designs using air-filled balloons inflated with electrical and manual pumps.

ARE YOU AN EVENT PLANNING COMPANY?

We specialize in event styling and balloon artistry. Our focus is on creating beautiful decorative setups rather than coordinating vendors, booking venues, or managing schedules. We handle the design, setup before the event begins, and return afterward to dismantle and collect our rental items.

WHAT DOES "ORGANIC BALLOONS" MEAN?

Organic balloons refers to our design technique, which mimics the natural flow found in nature. By combining balloons of various sizes, we create free-form designs with spontaneous lines and asymmetrical patterns to achieve an organic, flowing look.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED FOR SETUP/INSTALLATION?

The time required for setup and takedown varies depending on the size and complexity of the design. As a general guide: Full decor setups: 1.5 to 4 hours for setup and 30 to 60 minutes for takedown. Balloon installations: 30 minutes to 3 hours. We will provide a more precise estimate once we discuss your event details.

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST-MINUTE BALLOON ORDERS?

We strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, depending on our availability, your events timing, location, colour choices, and installation size. If we are fully booked, we may not be able to fulfill last-minute requests. To ensure your preferred colours and theme are available, we highly recommend booking in advance.

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN THEME?

Absolutely! We offer custom design services tailored to your preferences. Each event is unique, and we love collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life while offering creative ideas to make your celebration unforgettable!

CAN WE WORK WITH OTHER REFERENCE IMAGES?

Absolutely! We are open to creating any style you can see or imagine. Reference images help us better understand what you have in mind.
